Your cable modem
The ARRIS Touchstone CM820
A compatible cable modem is required for NORDEL Internet. The CM820 is the DOCSIS 3.0 modem NORDEL supplies — rent it monthly or buy it outright.

What the lights mean
If DS and US keep flashing, the modem is not reaching the network — unplug it for thirty seconds before calling. For best performance use RG-6 coax and keep splitters between the wall jack and the modem to a minimum. ARRIS and Touchstone are trademarks of ARRIS.
