Using your TV remote:
1. Press Menu.
2. Press OK on installation.
3. Enter 0000 (4 zeros’s0).
4. Press #3 then press the OK button.
5. Press OK button where it says "reset type all".
6. You will be prompted with "This will reset STB to factory default, do you want to proceed?" Press OK on yes.
7. The Standard Digital box will continue to update and then complete restoration will default box to channel 2. Now you can verify that your new channels have been added.

Using your TV remote:
1. Press Menu.
2. TV Screen should be highlighted, press right arrow.
3. Information will be highlighted then enter 6980 quickly.
4. Arrow down to factory reset default, then press OK.
5. You will be prompted with "This will reset STB to factory default, do you want to proceed?" Press OK on yes. (please wait will be displayed)
7. On the screen will say TV screen with TV Definition - HD TV, press OK. (please wait will be displayed) 8. The restoration will complete on channel 2 and picture will appear. Now you can verify that your new channels have been added.
