Due to the increased cost of our Bandwidth for High Speed Internet Service, we have now applied a Gigabyte usage limit for Residential customer’s effective January 1/2011. Residential customers may use up to 100 Gigabytes per month at no additional charge.
Any Gigabyte’s exceeding this amount will be charged $3 per Gig plus Tax on their account.
To monitor your Gigabyte usage, please go to www.otterville.nor-del.com then click on “My accounts’’ then click on “Network traffic’’. You will then be asked to enter your full email address and password. Then you can verify how many Gigabyte’s you have used to date.
