1) Requires ONE Standard Definition set top box per viewing location.
High Definition requires subscription to basic standard definition service and to standard definition package or theme (in which the corresponding high definition service is located). However the High Definition selected may be FREE, or subject to added charges dependent on Program Supplier Requirements.
High Definition viewing requires a HD or HDPVR BOX plus an HD Television, per desired High Definition viewing location.
Channels 558, 559 & 560 are only available as a set, and count as only ONE service, in the "NUT" tier grouping. In addition, these channels are available to customers who also subscribe to OATS ONE at additional charge of $0.90 for standard definition. This is a requirement of the program supplier.
OATS ONE, OATS TWO, CTV LEGACY, TMN, ACROSS AMERICA and the "NUT" Tier DO NOT qualify for the 6 or more theme package discount.
Channel 437 (TSN2) is only available to subscribers to a package containing channel 431 (TSN) and is at an ADDITIONAL charge of $0.50. This is a program supplier requirement.
